Building Process:

Select your desired lot. |

Place lot deposit of $5,000 down for the selected lot. |

Meet with architect to design floor plan and select elevation for your building. |

• |
After we have the final drawings we can establish the final sales price. |

Sign the contract and put 10% down minus the $5,000 from the lot deposit. |

• |
Get a letter from the interim financing institution. |
|
• |
The finished plans then go to A.D.A, fire code and permitting to meet the requirements of the state. |

• |
Have a pre construction meeting to select brick, window color, etc. |
|
• |
Lot goes into building phase. |
|
• |
When building is completed the A.D.A. and fire code inspections are scheduled. |
|
• |
The closing date is established. |
|
• |
Have a final walk through with the clients to make sure everything is done according to their plans. |
